In anticipation of a possible change in career, I decided it was about time to brush up on my mathematics skills and chose to participate in the Introductory Algebra Review MOOC offered by Udacity.
Unlike other MOOCs, courses from Udacity are self-paced and can be completed as fast or slowly as time and preference dictate. I was able to complete this course in just under two weeks of about 1 1/2-2 hours study each day to achieve my certificate and learned some very useful skills along the way.
As the title suggests, this is merely an introductory review. I realise there is far more I can (and ought to) learn in regards to basic Algebra skills, so I've also signed up to the Visualising Algebra course from Udacity which offers a more comprehensive grounding in the basics of college-level Algebra with the possibility for achieving a certificate of Mastery.
